Yamama
Cement produces two types of cement conforming to both
local and international standards. Besides the most
commonly used Ordinary Portland Cement (OPC or type
–1).Yamama produces also the Sulfate Resistant Cement
(SRC or type – 5). It has the capability to produce
any other type on demand especially for orders with
sufficient quantities. It produces also the paper sacks
needed for packing its cement. For this purpose it has
its own sacks factory, which produces 30 million sacks
per year per one shift.

Yamama is privileged with Quarries (especially limestone quarry) that produce consistent raw materials with high purity rarely found anywhere in the region, the thing which makes the cement produced out of them very unique in many respects especially in compressive strength and low alkalis
Furthermore, all of these quarries are within a very short distance from the factory site like limestone quarry, which lies within the site itself. This quarry has a big reserve of pure limestone enough to cover the company needs for decades.
